Who advises you

Eksiam Chaisorn (เอกสยาม ชัยศร) is a Legal Consultant (ที่ปรึกษากฎหมาย) and a member of เนติบัณฑิตยสภา ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ (the Institute of Legal Education of the Thai Bar Under Royal Patronage), with more than 25 years in practice. His areas of advice include Thai tax law and international tax, and legal and tax questions for foreigners in Thailand. He advises foreign clients on retirement and LTR visas, Thai tax residency and the post-2024 remittance rules, double-tax treaties, condominium purchases and leases, marriage registration and prenuptial agreements, and Thai wills and estate administration.
